Bidbroz Warranty Policy
At Bidbroz, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. While all sales are final, we offer a warranty for eligible items under the following guidelines. Please thoroughly inspect your items during pick-up to ensure they meet your expectations.
Eligibility for Warranty/Refund
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Warranty claims must be initiated and completed within 1 day of pick-up, including providing proof of the issue (e.g., photos, videos, or a detailed description).
- Items marked as “AS-IS” are not eligible for warranty or refunds.
Warranty Process and Timeline
Claim Submission:
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 1 day of pick-up, including proof of the issue (e.g., photos or videos).
- Claims submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Staff Review:
- Your claim will be reviewed by our staff, and a decision will be made within 3 business days.
Item Return:
- If your claim is approved, you must return the item within 9 days of pick-up for the refund to be processed.
- Failure to return the item within this timeframe will void the warranty.
Conditions for a Refund
A refund will be issued if:
- The item was misrepresented in the auction listing and the item is not marked “AS-IS”
Note: Refunds are subject to managerial approval.
Refund Process
Request Submission:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Proof of the issue (photos or videos)

Return:
- Approved items must be returned within 9 days of pick-up during Sundays between(1:00pm-5:00pm) or scheduled drop-off by email support@bidbroz.com
- All returns must be dropped off atPick up location is 341 Mapleview Dr W, Barrie, ON L4N 9E8Â
- Failure to return the item within this timeframe will void the warranty.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 2-3 business days after the item is returned and inspected.
Additional Terms
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping returns are not available. All returns must be dropped off atPick up location is 341 Mapleview Dr W, Barrie, ON L4N 9E8
