PAYMENT & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
To complete your order, you must go through the online checkout process. If you plan to pay cash in person, just select the “Cash on Pick-Up” option during checkout.
We recommend paying online after winning your items. It’s fast, easy, and makes your pickup quicker!
PICKUP DETAILS

Pickup Times:
- You have 1 week after the auction ends to pick up your items.
- During checkout, youāll choose a 15-minute time slot for your pickup. Slots are available:
- Monday to Saturday: 6:00 PM ā 8:00 PM
- If the listed pickup times donāt fit your schedule, please email usĀ support@bidbroz.comĀ and weāll work with you to find a suitable time.
How to Pick Up:
- Go to the side door at the pickup location.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā

- Message (705)304-1009 that you are here for pick up. Include your order number.
- Once we receive your message, our team will bring your items right to your car.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Online Payment:
- Pay with Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal during checkout.
In-Person Payment:
- If paying in-person with Card or Cash, select “Cash on Pick-Up” at checkout.
- You can also send an E-Transfer to support@bidbroz.com. Add your full name and email in the message section for identification.
Payment Deadline:
You must pay in Full during check out or in person, you must check out within 48 hours of winning an auction to secure your items. and picked up within a week of Auction end date. If you fail to checkout/pick-upĀ on time, you may lose your winning bid or be charged a restocking fee.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Availability
BidBroz offers local delivery within a 20-kilometer radius of our facility at 341 Mapleview Dr W, Barrie, Ontario. Delivery is subject to availability and offered at the discretion of BidBroz.
2. Delivery Schedule
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Deliveries are completed on Saturdays, the week following each auction.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā No specific delivery time is guaranteed. Deliveries may occur anytime during the day based on the route schedule.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or leave clear instructions for contactless drop-off at checkout.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for delivery:
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Your order must contain a minimum of 3 items.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā A flat-rate delivery fee of $15.00 will be applied per delivery address.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Delivery is available only for addresses within the approved radius unless otherwise pre-approved by BidBroz.
4. Payment Terms
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Delivery orders must be paid in full online by Friday at 6:00 PM (before the Saturday delivery).
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Unpaid orders or late payments will be considered for pickup only, and will not be included in delivery.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Deliveries are fulfilled by independent contracted drivers.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā All deliveries are photo-confirmed at the drop-off location.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Liability & Risk
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Once an item leaves our facility, BidBroz assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or missed deliveries.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and being available to receive their order.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or access issues may result in a 15% restocking or redelivery fee.
7. Refusal of Service
BidBroz reserves the right to deny or suspend delivery service for any customer who:
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Repeatedly misses deliveries
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Fails to pay in full
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Displays abusive or uncooperative behavior
8. Returns via Delivery Orders
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā BidBroz does not provide return pickups for any delivered items.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā If a customer believes their item qualifies for return under warranty or defect, they must:
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Email support@bidbroz.com within the warranty period, and
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Schedule a drop-off appointment at 341 Mapleview Dr W, Barrie, Ontario
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā No walk-in returns will be accepted without prior coordination.
Ā Ā ā¢Ā Ā Items must meet our standard return conditions to be eligible.
