Payment & Pickups
All customers must complete the online checkout process to receive an order number. If paying cash in person, simply select the “Cash on Pick-Up” option.
Currently, all won products must be checked out individually through the link sent by email after winning an auction or under my account, Auctions and Bids won . We know this isn’t ideal and are actively working on a solution to enable a single checkout process for all your items. This improvement will be available within the next couple of auctions. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
We encourage all customers to complete payment online at checkout after winning items, as it streamlines the process of picking up for you . Online payment is fast, easy, and convenient.
Pickup Instructions:
- Pickup Location:
341 Mapleview Dr W, Barrie, ON L4N 9E8. - Pickup Dates:
- The next Saturday following your auction: Item pickups. 1:00 pm to 6:00pm
- Sunday: Warranty-related queries. 1:00 pm -5:00pm.
- On the pickup date, go to the side door of the storage location.
- A QR code will be posted at the door. Scan it to access a Google Form.
- Complete the form with your pickup details located on your account “auctions” or “orders” tab and the email you received after winning and payment.
- Once submitted, we will be notified and our team will bring your items to you.
Payment Options:
- Online Payment:
- Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
- In-Person Payment:
- If you prefer paying in person, ensure you complete the payment by the pickup deadline mentioned in your auction.
- Accepted methods: Cash or E-Transfer to 3bidbroz@gmail.com.
- For E-Transfers: Add your full name and email address in the message section for identification.
Payment Deadline
- All payments must be completed within 48 hours of winning an auction to secure your items. Failure to do so may result in losing your winning bids or a possible restocking fee.
